Education: Human Resources, Business Administration University Degree or related.


Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years experience in talent sourcing or high-volume recruitment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.


Technical Skills: Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS/CRM platforms, and advanced talent search methods (e.g., Boolean). Mindset: Proactive, curious, resilient, and data-driven approach to talent acquisition.


Role Summary: The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support the North America Talent Acquisition team to proactively identifies, engages passive candidates to strengthen talent pipelines for current and future business needs.

This role will be involved heavily with candidate sourcing, outreach, and initial assessments. Person will in many cases be the first line of contact with candidates, setting the stage for an engaging and informed recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for active and passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean, X-ray), social media (LinkedIn), job boards, professional networks, and databases. Build and maintain reusable talent pools for various roles and departments, ensuring readiness for future openings. Map target companies, industries, and geographies to identify where top talent is located. Craft compelling outreach messages, build rapport, and initiate conversations with potential candidates to pique their interest. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles, staffing needs, and market insights. Positively represent the company and its opportunities during initial interactions, promoting the employer brand. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment metrics to track progress and report on sourcing success. Perform other duties as assigned.
